About Marc de Longeville
Meet Marc de Longeville
Marc takes a concierge approach to his clients, providing them with a full suite of high-level services that goes far beyond the norm. That “clients first” philosophy — along with his understanding that the real estate business is all about people — leads him to treat each new client as a lifelong relationship. Meet Marc for coffee, and you’ll quickly see why his clients become friends.
A native of France who attended the prestigious business-focused boarding school École des Roches in Normandy, Marc studied business at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and then moved to Los Angeles, where he established himself as a successful fashion entrepreneur; he has lived in Southern California more than 35 years. Today, with an impressive book of clients in the fashion and entertainment industries, Marc is known as one of the most exciting agents in the Vista Sotheby’s office. He specializes in General Buyer and Seller Representation, Luxury Homes, Development and Income Property.
Outside of real estate, Marc is a passionate scuba diver who loves to go night-diving off Neptune’s Nest by the Ventura County line, or Leo Carrillo State Beach. He also enjoys deep-sea fishing, and lobster-hunting off the Channel Islands (he may bring a few tails at close of escrow!). On land, he’s a dedicated cook who’s known for his rotisserie chicken, ratatouille and gratin dauphinois; he can be found stalking the best produce on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the Santa Monica’s Farmers Market and Sundays at Mar Vista Market on Grand View in Venice. “Good food is nothing without great friends and family to share it with,” he says.
